So, not sure whether I've mentioned this or not, but I've started college! Just completed my first semester at the local community college where I live :3 I love it, it's so much easier than senior year of high school! So far I've only taken 3 classes, a Sociology, Geography, and Theater class. I positively adored my Drama teacher! Such enthusiasm and passion! So hands-on! Wow! (Half my thought process occurs in doge memes, guys, you'll probably see a lot of it)

In 2013, I also met the love of my life~~~ How'd have figured I Danced Til Dusk would have led me to find my soul mate?? But sadly my dearest Branberry lives almost on the opposite side of the country from me... Not to worry, because on January 23rd, we're finally going to meet in person!!! Under the watchful eye of my mom, of course ^^' All kinds of predators on the internet, and it certainly wasn't my intention to find an online boyfriend, but we're going about this the safest way possible...

And now the update probably a lot of you have been waiting for (seriously, how many of my watchers hit the watch button because we're friends? Even Branberry originally came for my stories, though I'd like to think he stays for the love and affection ;3), about my stories: well, there's 2 that I'm working on at the moment, Quest (I'm actually gonna shorten its title, so now it's just gonna be called Quest) and Lullabies Under Moonlight. For those of you who forgot or haven't been paying attention -

- Quest is my newest story, of which I've already posted 1 chapter. The story follows two boys from different worlds, both with aspirations of becoming knights, and their group of allies as they quest to rescue the kidnapped princess of Elentia from one kingdom in order to prevent the kingdom of Elentia from going to war with the kingdom framed for her kidnapping! Whew, isn't that a mouthful? ;3 I actually have chapter 2 complete of this one, so keep an eye out for that soon~

- Lullabies Under Moonlight is the sequel to I Danced Til Dusk. It will of course feature both old and new characters, and will follow Jess and Kai as they start to realize that the world is filled with more fantasy than meets the eye, and not everyone in it is as human as they appear. I've had a lot of setbacks while planning this story, even had to scrap what I'd written for chapter 1 3 times, but now I think it's finally rolling in the direction I want. Fair warning, I have no idea when I'll be able to post that chapter, but I will hopefully aim to get it out to you guys by the beginning of March at the very latest, if not sometime between late January and mid-February...

So I think that's about it... Oh wait! After this spring semester, I may be moving and transferring to another community college. Nothing's really for sure right now, but I thought I'd mention it because Mom says once our plans are settled (and we're hopefully moved in with her husband), I can get a fish tank! I'm so excited already, and the end of spring semester isn't for like another 6 months! Heck, spring semester hasn't even started yet :3 But anyway, more time to research and prepare I guess~ I've been researching what kind of fish I want and how to properly maintain a tank (including cycling and water changes), and I most definitely will get guppies! If I end up getting a 15 gallon tank, I'll probably have a few guppies, a few neon tetras, and maybe a couple platys and a dwarf gourami. I've been looking into how compatible these fish are (not to mention I know from experience guppies and neon tetra get along fine), and they all seem to live nicely together. I'm a little dubious about putting a gourami in with platys, because one source says they don't mesh well, but a lot of other sources say they do, so I may give it a shot...

So excited for 2014!!! I'm gonna get to meet my boyfriend, hopefully start up another fish tank (and care for it properly this time now that I'm doing research. Last time I had fish went surprisingly well considering I didn't really know what I was doing ^^'), and have an all-around good time with college~~~ This is going to be my year, I can feel it :3 Happy New Years, and good luck to you all!!!
